Reservation Instructions  Overview (please read before beginning):

  1. Start by choosing one space below (Classroom, Flower Room, Center Office, Tree Room). You'll have a chance to add more spaces later if you need to (after closing the first date/times). Click "Book" on the Spaces page. From the Reservations page (here), choose the general time range (morning, afternoon, evening, 2,3,4 hours, etc), click "Book Now", and the next page will give you the dates that that time range is available in that specific room.

  2. The website booking system reserves one day at a time, and you can reserve several dates (oneatatime) within the same Checkout (see #8 below). Complete each date separately, and there will be an opportunity before completion of your reservation to return to the room choice page to add additional dates while the system holds the others for you. 

  3. If you would like to contract many dates, recurring, or long-term use, contact securecounselingclinic@gmail.com, and the times can be reserved and invoiced in bulk. There are different terms for long-term use than hourly use.

  4. Once you've selected one date, you'll have the opportunity to add additional time ranges to your request on that date. These will be on the same date. Click "Go to Contact Details"..

  5. Complete the contact form (name, contact info, brief event desc)

  6. To add additional dates, click "Add This, Then More" and repeat the process above. Each time, the Cart will update with your reserved event dates. Please double check to make sure all of the dates entered are correct before completing final checkout.

  7. When you have all of the dates reserved you wish, click "Finish" to finish and pay. You will receive a confirmation email with the dates, and the location owner will contact you via email with Entrance Orientations for both you and any guests who will be arriving with you, including your unique PIN codes for entering the spaces. We are lucky to have you, and welcome to our collective space! The after-hours entrance (820 Baltimore) and the Main Suite Door (400A) will be locked at all times, requiring codes shared with you privately for you and your clients. The building entrance at 104 West 9th Street is unlocked during bank business hours Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm. 

  8. Be aware of the cancellation policy:  We believe holding clear and excellent boundaries is the basis to all meaningful relationships and sets the bar for mutual respect. To cancel or reschedule without reservation fees, we require 24 hours notice from the start time of your reservation. Please be aware that you will be refunded the reservation minus the transaction fees that the practice incurs from processing refunds. In order to generate a PIN-code for entry and make sure you know what to expect of your beautiful space, we require 2 days notice for bookings online. Less than two days notice, please contact Owner Vanessa Knight at vanessa.w.knight@gmail.com directly, so that all last minute details can be addressed for you quickly if possible.
